How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

Refund Process
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued for returned products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Order Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a 1-day verification period over call or message is required before dispatch. This verification ensures order authenticity, resulting in longer delivery times compared to prepaid orders.
Final Sale Items: Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
